Eva María Martínez Gallego is a prominent figure in the field of law and justice. She obtained her Law degree from the University of Salamanca in 1994 and her PhD in Civil Law from the same university in 2001. She has held several important positions in the administration of justice and academia. Her career includes serving as a specialist judge in civil jurisdiction since 2010 and as the presiding judge of the Family Court of Salamanca. She has also been Director of the Equality Unit of the University of Salamanca and a member of the Recognized Research Group on Law and Women “María Telo” at the same university.
