Walter Reifarth Muñoz is a Law and Business graduate of the University of Salamanca and also holds a Master's degree in Judicial Protection of Fundamental Rights (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia) and in Constitutional Law (Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales). He received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Salamanca, where he is serving as postdoctoral researcher staying at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. Mr. Reifarth's research is centered on collective redress and procedural guarantees.
