Dr. Volodymyr Venher is an associate professor at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. He also acts as Executive Director at Kyiv-Mohyla Rule of Law Research Centre. Volodymyr has been successfully invited as visiting professor to “School of Ukrainian Law” (annually) at Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland) (2014-2022) and at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (Paris, French Republic) (2018). For the last five years Volodymyr was involved in different research projects as a legal expert on rule of law and constitutional law issues. Volodymyr also acts as an expert of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) in Project “Rule of Law – Central Asia”.
