Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM (flexible based off office needs and events)

We are currently looking for a part-time admin support position for locations Seattle. it would be general admin support (20 hours a week) and help with things such as:
- inventory and stocking.
- services.
- events.
- tickets for in office issues
- and shipping items

- This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate the needs of our dynamic security organization and take initiative to solve problems independently.
- In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels.
- You will not only drive the process by which all of this is done, you will be a key participant in defining and developing processes with an eye toward lowering administrative overhead and increasing efficiency and accuracy.
- This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and team.
- You will handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Summary:
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies and inventory, supporting new hire setup, and ordering/re-stocking snacks.
- Escort visitors such as maintenance teams and space auditors to ensure security of our space and ensure communication to team of their presence within our space.
- Ordering catering services and reservation of conference rooms for workshops and events.
- Executing monthly capacity assessments to ensure people are properly assigned to seats within our space.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Submitting and managing facilities tickets and supporting team moves (if applicable)
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Help coordinate team-building events or office activities.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 3-5 years as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Some lifting of office supplies may be required (up to 10 lbs)
Pay Range: $17/hr - $22/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as 401K contributions.
