Wine Club & Guest Experience Manager – Full Time

Rancho Capistrano Winery, Orange County’s largest winery and Southern California’s Best Winery, is seeking a full-time Wine Club Manager to lead and grow our thriving wine club community. This is a dynamic role for a hospitality professional with a passion for wine, exceptional customer service, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the Rancho Capistrano Winery Wine Club program, including member acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wine club members, providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized experiences
• Manage and coordinate monthly wine club releases, including logistics, inventory coordination, packaging, and pickup scheduling
• Plan and execute member-exclusive events and tastings that drive loyalty and brand connection
• Track membership data and sales performance; analyze trends and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotional campaigns, digital outreach, and in-store signage
• Maintain accurate member records, payment processing, and compliance with alcohol regulations through VinesOS
• Lead wine tastings, educate staff on wine club offerings, and serve as a brand ambassador at all RCW locations
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in wine sales, wine club management, or hospitality operations
• Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high-touch customer experiences
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable with POS and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during wine club release periods and events
