Weekends are where the magic happens — and we need someone to lead the charge . At The Grove CLT , we’re a private club built for families but designed for adults: live music, epic parties, out-of-the-box events, and a whole lot of heart. 💥

We’re looking for a Weekend Manager who can keep the energy high, the service flawless, and the good vibes flowing — all while making it look effortless.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Lead the weekend team with energy, positivity, and hustle
• Oversee café operations, programming, and events (yes, it’s a busy, fun scene!)
• Problem-solve in real time — whatever comes up, you’re on it
• Make Members feel like royalty — every family, every time
• Keep standards high and details tight: cleanliness, service, safety, vibe

You Might Be Our Person If:

• You have experience leading teams (hospitality, events, café, or retail = major bonus)
• You're energized by fast-paced, high-touch environments
• You LOVE building community and making families feel at home
• You’re a self-starter and natural leader — calm under pressure, quick on your feet

Bonus Skills:

• Hospitality, event management, or café experience
• Safe Serve Certification or willingness to get it
• Ability to think ahead and stay three steps in front of the day

Hours: Weekly Turnovers (on your schedule), Saturday 8am - 2pm, Sunday 8am - 6pm + special events

Compensation: Hourly based on experience ($20.00 - $25.00)
