Warehouse Inventory Associate / Inventory Planner

Location: Everett, WA

Duration: 12 month contract with possible extensions or conversion to permanent hire

Shifts:

Front Half:

Sun – Wed – 1st shift: 6am – 4:30

Sun – Wed – 2nd shift: 5pm – 3:30am

Back Half:

Wed – Sat – 1st shift: 6am – 4:30

Wed – Sat – 2nd shift: 5pm – 3:30am

Must-haves

• The ideal candidate will have relevant experience either in inventory, supply chain, warehouse, or technical support
• Must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• Must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for 80% of a shift

Responsibilities

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
• Analyze inventory data to determine inventory needs.
• Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
• Warehouse operations and inventory management.
