Warehouse Coordinator - Freight Forwarding Operation

Every piece of cargo that comes through our doors tells a story, and the way we receive, document, and prepare that cargo determines how smoothly the entire operation runs. What You’ll Be Doing
• Receiving cargo with accuracy and intention
• Photographing, measuring, and documenting every item properly
• Keeping a clean and structured warehouse
• Loading and unloading containers with care
• Repacking and reinforcing shipments for air and ocean freight
• Handling general, perishable, and dangerous goods
• Using technology, scanners, and systems to keep data tight and reliable
• Supporting operations so shipments move without delays or surprises
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for muscles. We’re looking for brains, awareness, and someone who genuinely enjoys doing things the right way.
• Extremely organized and thorough
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with warehouse systems
• Forklift certification required
• CDL or box truck experience is a plus
• Experience delivering cargo to Miami International Airport is a plus
• Prior warehouse experience at a freight forwarder is a strong advantage
• Experience in B2B fulfillment or multi-cargo environments
• Calm, proactive, and dependable in a fast-moving workplace
