Title: Trust and Estate Paralegal
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Salary : $80k-$100k
This is a full-time and hybrid position
Our client is a highly regarded Trusts and Estate practice looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. This position will handle all aspects of the estate and trust administration process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of probate pleadings (petitions, inventories, accountings, final reports, etc.)
- Prepare documents relating to the identification, collection, and valuation of assets.
- Fiduciary Accounting (no prior experience needed but is highly desirable).
- Preparation of estate, gift, and income tax returns.
- Work directly with clients and department attorneys.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
