Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Training & HR Communications Specialist. You will support Payroll by assisting with content development, onboarding, and internal HR communications.

 

Job Description

  • Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint and other content development software
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials, job aids, memos, and internal communications
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities
  • Collaborating with Payroll team leads to document and communicate processes
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials
  • Support process improvement and employee development initiatives Qualifications

 

Skills Required

High technical proficiency, including:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced)
  • WebEx and collaborative tools
  • Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint and other content development software
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role (education, retail, hospitality, HR, healthcare, sales, marketing, customer service)
  • Background in PAYROLL, HR, onboarding, or training
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Independent thinker with a passion for helping others grow

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in HR, Communications, Education, or Graphic Design)

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

Pay Rate

  • $32.00 per hour
