Job Description
Extension is seeking a Trade Compliance Coordinator for a Contract to Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in West Bend, WI .
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Create, review, and audit import and export documentation.
- Process EPA forms from invoices.
- Manage and maintain supplier documentation files.
- Assist with the classification of new parts (non-time-sensitive). ? Logistics Support:
- Act as a primary contact for shipping companies like UPS and FedEx.
- Assist with small package tracing for FedEx shipments.
- Help process import shipment requirements, including preparing Excel files for customs clearance.
- Handle T&E bonds and UPS archive documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administrative background with interest in international trade
- familiar with import/export documentation
- able to be meticulous
- excel experience, power BI a plus
- Nice to haves; Familiarity with government documents related to trade. Basic understanding of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) processes.
Salary Information
- Starting at $26/hr + (Starting amount but can go higher based on experience)
