We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated Store Manager to lead and grow our team.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth business operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality. This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work long hours in a retail and food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and sales.
- Hire, train, and supervise bakery staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Monitor product quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage inventory and supply orders to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Drive sales performance by analyzing KPIs, setting targets, and executing store-level promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership for reporting, product rollouts, and marketing initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or food service management (bakery or QSR preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work 55+ hours per week in a physically active role.
- Proficient in inventory systems, POS, and basic computer applications.
- Bilingual in English and an Asian language (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc) is a plus.
