We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated  Store Manager to lead and grow our team.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth business operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality. This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work long hours in a retail and food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and sales.
• Hire, train, and supervise bakery staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Monitor product quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Manage inventory and supply orders to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Drive sales performance by analyzing KPIs, setting targets, and executing store-level promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership for reporting, product rollouts, and marketing initiatives.
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or food service management (bakery or QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work 55+ hours per week in a physically active role.
• Proficient in inventory systems, POS, and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual in English and an Asian language (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc) is a plus.
