Trustpoint.One is partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Newark, New Jersey, to find an Intake Specialist for a full-time, temporary opportunity.

This role offers hands-on experience interacting with prospective law firm clients as well as working closely with attorneys and paralegals. This is an on-site position, five days per week.

• Key Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and guide them them through the firm's intake process.
• Gather information by phone and perform relevant data entry.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation and provide superior customer service.

• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with 1+ years of experience in an office setting.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Quick learner with interest in the legal profession.
