The Role

We’re on the hunt for a driven Technical Recruiter who knows how to hustle in a fast-paced staffing environment. If cold calling doesn’t scare you (and in fact excites you), if you love chasing metrics, and if building relationships is your superpower—this role is built for you.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Source & Connect – Proactively engage top engineers through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach.
• Partner with Account Managers – Team up to understand client needs and craft smart recruiting strategies.
• Own the Process – Manage the full cycle from first call to placement.
• Crush Your KPIs – Calls, subs, interviews, placements—you’ll thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Build Relationships – Be the trusted point of contact for candidates and clients.
