Job Description

  • Support day-to-day management of talent roster (digital content creators/influencers across fashion, beauty, lifestyle).
  • Coordinate and maintain client calendars with campaign deliverables, deadlines, meetings, calls, and events. Effectively communicate updates and scheduling items across client teams, assistants, agencies.
  • Service brand partnerships and campaigns, including the fulfillment of product, reviewing and sharing creative briefs, facilitating approvals/feedback, managing timelines and seeing deliverables through to completion. When applicable, this also includes facilitating travel, logistics, itineraries, hair and make up, wardrobe and styling, ROS, and call sheets for campaign shoots and events.
  • Field and coordinate event invites and giftings.
  • Manage client itineraries for tentpole moments such as New York, London, Milan, Paris Fashion weeks.
  • Coordinate fashion loans with brands, PR and showrooms.
  • Maintain and update directory of photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, hair and makeup artists.
  • Provide administrative support to CEO, coordinate calls and meetings, take and circulate meeting notes and agenda items.
  • Maintain client pipeline of deal flow and activity.
  • Participate in client brainstorms and strategy meetings.
  • Update client bios, sales materials and onesheets.

Requirements & Desired Traits

  • 2-3 years of talent agency or management experience a must (preferably within digital and/or endorsements).
  • Understanding of contractual deal terms and their practical application.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the digital landscape, content trends/formats, and influencer marketing industry.
  • Interest in brand campaigns and advertising, fashion and beauty industry knowledge a plus.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to create and maintain systems, move quickly, and own processes end-to-end.
  • Must be based in NYC available for in person meetings and events.
