About the Role:

We are seeking an organized, customer-service oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruiting team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks essential to smooth hiring operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have excellent multitasking skills, and are patient with a positive attitude, this role may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Support the recruitment process by helping initiate and track job openings
• Update tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, patient attitude
• Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and a fast learner

Additional Information:

This position is temporary and requires full-time onsite presence, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for someone eager to learn, support the team, and contribute positively.
