🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their roofing service experience
• Provide clear updates and information about project progress, timelines, and next steps
• Answer questions, address concerns, and deliver outstanding customer support with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with sales, production, and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage service-related documentation and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

💼 The Details

• 💵 Pay: $20/hr + weekly bonuses based on performance
• 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (no weekends!)
• 🏢 Location: In-office, Sherman Oaks HQ
• 🤝 Full-time position with paid training and support

✅ You’d Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have 1+ year experience in customer service, client support, or related roles
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly—both on the phone and in writing
• Enjoy helping customers and resolving issues with patience and positivity
• Stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Are comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office tools
• Show up on time, take initiative, and bring a can-do attitude every day
