What you’ll do:

• Coach and develop technicians through ride-alongs, one-to-ones, and training sessions
• Lead daily huddles to align the team and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor and support operational KPIs, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with other service leaders to maintain consistency and share best practices
• Help technicians problem-solve, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional in-home experience

What you’ll bring:

• Experience leading and developing field-based technicians in a home services environment
• Hands-on coaching skills, with a focus on behaviours that drive performance
• Familiarity with operational KPIs and technician performance management
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire others
• Understanding of field service culture and the challenges technicians face

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Package: $90K–$125K + up to 20% bonus (pays out up to 24%) + 3 weeks’ vacation + benefits + strong career growth opportunities
