Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and client expectations.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination using Deltek or similar project management systems.
- Ensure design excellence and technical accuracy across documentation, specifications, and construction administration.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience, including corporate office interiors and full project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools like InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Professional certification preferred; LEED GA required within 6 months of hire.
