Job Description
HR Additions is seeking a highly creative Instructional Designer for a leading financial services client. This role blends instructional strategy, graphic design, and tech-forward tools to deliver engaging, AI-enhanced learning experiences. This role is scheduled to last at least 6 months and offer a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training across multiple formats (eLearning, VILT, classroom, microlearning)
- Use tools like Articulate, Adobe CC, Vyond, and AI-driven platforms to create interactive, visual content
- Incorporate gamification, social learning, and just-in-time training
- Collaborate with SMEs and manage projects from concept through delivery
- Support LMS admin functions as needed (SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud)
What You Bring:
- 5–7 years in instructional design and content development
- Experience with leadership and professional development curriculum
- Strong visual design skills and portfolio of digital learning work
- Proficient in authoring tools + AI-based learning tech
- Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred
