What You'll Do as Senior Food and Beverage Manager

Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team dedicated to exceptional guest satisfaction.
Manage food and beverage inventory with a focus on accuracy and cost control across all outlets, including events and restaurant service.
Collaborate with culinary leadership to introduce innovative menu offerings.
Support marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and community engagement.
Monitor and improve financial performance, aligning food and beverage costs with revenue targets.
Partner with the event team to flawlessly execute banquets, weddings, and private functions.
Build and maintain strong local partnerships to promote the club’s presence in the Allentown area.
Troubleshoot basic AV and IT systems to ensure smooth and seamless event operations.
