Key Responsibilities

• Create original, platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment and mobile devices
• Write engaging captions that embody our brand voice and encourage audience interaction
• Monitor trends across platforms and implement timely, relevant content strategies
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on data insights
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes and best practices

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of professional social media content creation experience
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, engaging social content across platforms
• Excellent photography and basic video editing skills
• Strong writing abilities with attention to detail
• Experience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
