Our growing firm is seeking a senior attorney with Big Firm experience who can handle a diverse caseload across several industries, work independently, and zealously represent clients both in and out of court. Our Law Firm exists to bring a better future to business owners who may be operating without full regard to the legal strategies necessary to protect their hard-earned dollars. $185,000 yearly

• Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
• Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts
• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings

• Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
• Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision

• 7 - 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney for business, construction, or real estate litigation
• At least 10 jury trials as first chair or leading attorney

On the transactional side, we represent businesses in Texas and Mexico through the creation, development, and protection of strategically conceived corporations. We draft contracts, establish real estate investment strategies, and serve as fractional Chief Legal Officers.

Our office is located in The Woodlands, a suburb north of Houston, Texas. We also participate in and represent businesses in Mexico.
