We are seeking a full-time seasonal Groundskeeper / Porter to join our trusted team for our apartment community in Hershey, PA.

Rate: $17.00 per hour depending on experience and position.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform grounds/landscaping work as directed daily.
- Operating yard tools and tractor for upkeep of property.
- Keeping dumpster areas clean and free of debris.
- Light Maintenance duties as assigned.
- Customer service and enhancing curb appeal.
- Prior Groundskeeping / Porter experience is preferred but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
