General Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects to ensure safety, customer service and quality - including occasional hands-on repairs and training
• Managing multiple projects and work crews simultaneously
• Frequent customer communication including communicating updates and handling issues that arise
• Daily documentation of project progress

Essential Duties and Requirements:

• Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access
• Standing, walking, sitting, or kneeling on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time
• Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a steep slope roofing foreman, superintendent, or other industry involvement
• Provide assistance and training to crews
• Some hands-on training/correction of work
• Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
• Provide great customer service to home and building owners
• Superior oral and written communication skills

Additional Desired Skills:

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus)

Compensation: Starting pay range $80,000 - $95,000/year with additional bonus opportunities.
