Description: Alliance Careers seeks an energetic recruiter to assist our corporate partners hire top talent. We are a company with a clear and important mission: to assist military veterans find careers in corporate America upon transitioning into the civilian sector. No military experience is required for this role. You simply need a passion to help very deserving military veterans that have sacrificed much in the defense of our country.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy
• Recruit junior military officers via phone and email.
• Manage applicant files
• Assist candidates in the application and selection process
• Maintain online candidate database

Ideal Candidate:

• Has great energy and drive
• Is very goal oriented
• Has superior interpersonal skills
• Communicates effectively verbally and in written form
• Is very entrepreneurial

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50K
• Commissions & Bonuses
