Join Our Team as a Property Manager – El Paso, TX

Hourly Pay: $15–$25 + Incentives | Full-Time | Bilingual Preferred

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of families across El Paso? As a Property Manager at Tropicana Properties, you won’t just manage an apartment complex — you’ll help shape a community.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with purpose: Oversee day-to-day operations of your assigned property, including managing on-site teams.
• Drive performance: Ensure timely rent collections, reduce vacancies, and maintain excellent curb appeal.
• Support residents: Communicate effectively regarding payment plans, services, and support options.
• Leverage tech: Use internal maintenance and compliance systems to streamline operations.
• Promote community: Market units, give property tours, and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Enforce fairly: Handle lease violations, move-outs, and eviction processes with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay sharp: Monitor local competitors and maintain strong property reputation.

Position Requirements:

What You Bring:

• A strong sense of organization, problem-solving, and customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-first environmen t
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — because we serve a diverse community
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing processes, and property management best practices

You’ll Also:

• Train and supervise assistant property managers and maintenance staff (if applicable)
• Perform inspections, submit reports, and ensure physical and administrative compliance
• Be the face of Tropicana — professional, warm, and ready to help

Hours & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
