Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Manager for their marketing team to join on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a team in the music industry.

The Project Manager position is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and executive marketing project plans, including developing and tracking timelines
• Collaborating with internal teams to align project goals and deadlines
• Assisting with full-cycle conference participation from conceptualization through to post-campaign analysis
• Assisting with event planning including coordinating with external partners and vendors and managing logistics
• Overseeing the traffic of marketing materials across several platforms, ensuring all marketing plans are accurately delivered
• Ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and deliverables are high quality and match brand standards
• Preparing and presenting reports to management on marketing project statuses, milestones, and outcomes
• Evaluating campaign performance to suggest areas for improvements
• Comparing campaign goals to actual results
• Reporting campaign metrics and making recommendations to Marketing leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically supporting a marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and how to maximize them
• A passion for project management
• Experience with digital marketing preferred
• Experience in marketing analytics is ideal
• Familiarity with analytic tools ideal
• PMP Certification is a plus
