📍 Location: Knoxville, Tennessee

🏗️ Industry: Structural Steel Fabrication & Installation

💰 Compensation: $90K Base + Strong Performance Bonuses

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of structural steel projects, from drawings review to client delivery.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RFIs, and documentation.
• Coordinate installation timelines with production and engineering teams.
• Interpret contract documents and communicate clearly with clients via professional emails.
• Collaborate closely with estimators, detailers, and the VP of Operations.

✅ Requirements:

• 3–4+ years of project management experience in structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings.
• Comfortable with scheduling, RFIs, and day-to-day PM tools.
• Experience with SDS/2, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with large-scale projects (up to $33M)
