Project Manager – Solar + BESS (1–3 MW)

We are seeking a Project Manager with direct and recent experience managing California-based solar and battery storage projects in the 1–3 MW range. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on project management experience in this specific segment and be well-versed in front-of-the-meter project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record managing solar and BESS projects (1–3 MW) in California .
• At least 2 years of recent, relevant project management experience (within the last 3 years).
• Familiarity with front-of-the-meter development is a strong plus.
• Not seeking candidates with recent utility-scale (5 MW+) experience .
• Must be located in San Diego and available to work on-site daily (no remote work).
