What You'll Do:
Lead Land Surveying Projects : Manage and execute surveys for a variety of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a team of survey technicians, ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of projects.
Client Interaction : Act as a primary point of contact for clients, offering technical expertise and high-quality service.
Field & Office Work : Perform both field surveys and office tasks, ensuring data is accurately collected and processed.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all surveying activities comply with state and local regulations and industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License in South Carolina, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
5+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in both field and office tasks.
Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and equipment.
Leadership experience : Demonstrated ability to manage survey teams and coordinate projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to service delivery.
