Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, business goals, and market trends.
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform product direction.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Streamline product development and release cycles for efficient delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specs and release notes.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within mobile apps or retail commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools for usage analytics, heat mapping, user testing, and knowledge management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset with a high attention to detail and operational discipline.
