Position Goals:
Provide administrative support to Private Wealth client facing employees (officers) in a specific discipline. Private Wealth disciplines include Private Banking, Wealth Management and Advisory, Retirement Services and Advisory, and IRA Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Requirements :
Education - High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience - A minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience.
Other - Customer service experience, Excel, and Power Point.
Preferred Requirements :
Bachelor's degree.
Private Wealth experience.
Salesforce and/or Adobe DC experience
