Location/Onsite: Ogden, Utah; M-F (Potential Hybrid AFTER 6 months in office)

A Day in the Life of the Personal Injury Attorney

As a Personal Injury Attorney , you will manage a large caseload of personal injury claims from inception through finalization. Your strategic legal expertise will drive effective resolutions and enhance client satisfaction, contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a large caseload of personal injury claims from inception to finalization.
• Develop legal strategies and oversee tactics to maximize case value.
• Supervise and mentor a team of non-attorneys through guidance and training.
• Provide excellent client service through regular communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, investigators, and experts.
• Perform informed negotiations to increase case values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• 5+ years experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Driven work ethic, unwilling to settle for mediocrity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work 45+ hours per week
