Job Description
Our client is a marketing company. They seek a Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their Queens, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate personal travel arrangements and assist with pre-travel logistics
- Make restaurant reservations and routine personal and family appointments
- Carry out general personal errands and tasks
- Oversee property management and maintenance, and schedule regular repairs
- Handle general home office support, including bill and mail management
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Plan, coordinate, and manage extensive domestic and international travel
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate the CEO's needs in advance of meetings, travel, and engagements
Requirements
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
- Able to manage complex schedules and travel logistics
- Exceptional organizational skills and able to anticipate needs
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating household staff and property management
- Skilled in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Concur, and Expensify
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work outside traditional working hours
