Lucy in the Sky is a fast-growing fashion brand based in Los Angeles. We design all styles in-house with a focus on trending, affordable occasion wear. We’re passionate about creativity, innovation, and connecting with our community through digital-first experiences. We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and lead all paid marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.

About the Role:

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the entire paid media ecosystem—driving growth through smart execution, continuous optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. While you won’t manage a team, you’ll fully lead the function and work closely with agencies and platform partners.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (search, social, display, affiliate)
• Manage budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, creative testing, and performance tracking
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights and drive strategic optimizations
• Own vendor and platform relationships (Google, Meta, Feedonomics, etc.)
• Stay current on e-commerce marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing within e-commerce
• Proven success in managing performance-based campaigns across multiple platforms
• Highly analytical, organized, and hands-on with campaign execution
• Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Microsoft Ads, and feed management tools
• Strong communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset

Preferred:

• Experience with feed-based ad platforms and marketplaces
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs
• Background in retail fashion or consumer brand marketing
