A well-established pediatric dental practice in the Forest Hill area of Richmond, VA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. This multi-specialty environment provides a warm and welcoming setting tailored specifically for children and families, with a strong reputation for excellence in pediatric oral care.
About the Position
– Full-time schedule: 4 days/week (Tuesday–Friday or Monday–Wednesday/Friday preferred)
– Full-scope pediatric dentistry, including exams, restorative care, pulpotomies, sedation, and care for special needs patients
– Patient-first focus with education and preventive care central to the mission
– Collaborative clinical team with strong referral flow
– Office accepts most insurance plans and offers an in-house discount program for uninsured families
Compensation & Benefits
– Daily minimum guarantee with transition to 32–35% of adjusted production
– Option to work as a W-2 with full benefits or as a 1099 contractor
