The Order Entry/Prep Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring Customer orders are seamlessly processed and set up for success across our Production teams. This role sits at the heart of our operations, bridging Customer requests with internal workflows and ensuring each order starts with accuracy, clarity, and precision.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Entry/Prep Analyst , you’ll be cross-trained in all core functions of the department, including:

Order Entry

• Interpret Customer Purchase Orders and convert them into accurate Sales Orders.
• Capture key details about products and delivery requirements to support all downstream departments.

Residential Order Prep

• Generate detailed documentation for Residential orders based on Customer specifications and design databases.
• Define the Production route each order takes based on product characteristics.

Commercial Order Prep

• Generate detailed documentation for Commercial orders in partnership with Art Consultants and Project Managers.
• Define Production routes for complex, large-scale projects.

These functions require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of Wendover’s products and processes.
