• Day Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Schedules may vary based on business needs. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is required.

🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a highly responsible and results-driven Shift Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations during assigned shifts. This role will be responsible for managing on-site activities and leading the shift team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe execution of sorting, shipping, loading, and related processes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all warehouse operations during the shift, including sorting, shipping, loading/unloading, and issue resolution
• Lead and supervise a shift team of 50-80 staff members, ensuring effective workforce allocation and smooth operations
• Coordinate and resolve operational challenges such as delays, equipment issues, or staffing shortages
• Enforce company safety policies and operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Complete shift reports and ensure accurate handover between day and night teams
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and skills
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in line with 5S standards
• Support management in process improvement and efficiency initiatives

✅ Qualifications
• High school diploma or above; experience in logistics, warehousing, or production operations preferred
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience (e.g., shift lead, team leader, supervisor)
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, resilient under pressure, and capable of independently managing a shift
• Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, forms, etc.) preferred
• Basic communication skills in English/Chinese/Spanish (depending on team composition)
