Vaco has been engaged by an emergency property restoration and mitigation company to find an experienced Operations/Project Manager.

Job duties include:

Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew.
Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job.
Completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion.
Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.
Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs.
Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner.
Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians.

Qualifications:

Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.
Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.
