Exciting Opportunity: Dispatch Coordinator at Vert Environmental! Vert Environmental is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join our team! In this leadership role, you’ll play a crucial part in helping the company grow professionally, financially, and personally. The Dispatch Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services. In this position, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and technicians, identifying their needs and coordinating the necessary testing and services. As the first interaction our clients have when they need assistance, you will help set the tone for a great experience. You will also work closely with the Project Coordinator Manager to ensure everything runs efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls
• Calling clients and techs
• Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
• Data entry
• Preparing and gaining work authorizations
• File organization, faxing, and other administrative duties as needed
• Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies
• Great communication skills

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with San Diego
• Ability to multi-task
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong independent work ethic
• Ability to adapt on the go
• High School Graduate (required) B.S. Degree (preferred, not required)
• Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative capacity (preferred)
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Products, Adobe, and QuickBooks
