Accountable for planning, organizing and controlling all aspects of daily operations. + Key responsibilities include staffing, fiscal management, inventory management, quality improvement, team member accountability, accreditation standards, team member coaching and mentoring, education, physician engagement, and accountability for the patient experience. + Assumes 24-hour responsibility for a patient care unit and acts as a liaison between patients, team members, physicians, other customers, and administration. + Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence + This role is for the OR at St. Joseph Hospital.
