NetSuite System Administrator, $140,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading international manufacturer in the HVAC industry who are looking for a NetSuite System Administrator to join their team in North America. This company is part of a global group seeking an experienced ERP professional to take ownership of their NetSuite environment, drive optimization, and support process improvements across multiple business units.

They offer an excellent salary of up to $140,000 depending on experience + Benefits + Hybrid Working + Travel Opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the day-to-day performance of the NetSuite ERP system.
• Manage user roles, dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Manufacturing, and Sales to gather system requirements.
• Lead NetSuite implementation projects, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Act as the key contact for third-party vendors, solution partners, and external IT teams.
• Train new users and provide ongoing support for efficient NetSuite adoption.
• Develop and implement system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Experience:

• NetSuite ERP administration experience.
• Strong background in NetSuite's manufacturing module preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite implementation and integration.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco/Meraki, VMware or HyperV a plus.
• Knowledge of related systems like SAP Concur, WMS, and PLM beneficial.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

They offer a competitive salary package of $100,000–$140,000 + Benefits + Travel Reimbursement + Hybrid Working.

Location:

Hybrid role with office location in Buffalo, TX
