Job Description

Actively seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator for a HYBRID and Full-Time Role within a Top Law Firm. The right candidate has experience working in a Law Firm or Professional Services environment working within a Technical role, implementing, evaluating, and managing Marketing Tools and technology.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY

HOURLY RATE: $30 - $40/Hr. (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• 1-3+ Years in a Technical role within a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm REQUIRED
• Proficiency with HTML REQUIRED
• Proficiency with JavaScript is a PLUS
• Experience managing and implementing marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and analytics platforms is REQUIRED
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture, HubSpot, Mailchimp), web content management systems (Crownpeak) and CRM (DealCloud) tools is REQUIRED
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite is REQUIRED

• Support the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms
• Analyzing marketing technology data to identify trends
• Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing technology
• Understanding of various marketing technology platforms
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
