Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives across two brands. Your primary focus will be driving growth through SEO, analytics, and digital optimization, while guiding the social media manager to elevate our online presence. You will also play a key role in supporting franchise expansion through brand consistency, lead generation, and scalable marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, growth, and loyalty across both brands and support overall franchise expansion.

SEO & Digital Growth: Lead SEO initiatives and optimize digital presence for maximum visibility and engagement.

Social Media Oversight: Mentor and guide the social media manager, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

Campaign Execution: Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, paid media, and events) with a focus on ROI and franchise development.

Google Ads & Paid Media: Optimize paid campaigns for cost-effective reach and measurable results.

CRM & Lead Generation: Oversee CRM strategy and implement lead nurturing funnels to convert prospects into loyal clients and franchise leads.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Event Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of community, patient-focused, and franchise-related events to strengthen brand presence.

Creative Development: Oversee brand-aligned photoshoots, content, and creative materials that elevate the brand experience.

Innovation: Leverage AI and emerging marketing tools to enhance personalization, performance, and franchise marketing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, CRM systems, and performance analytics.

Demonstrated success leading digital marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.

Med spa or Franchise experience

Familiarity with AI tools and innovative marketing technologies.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a collaborative mindset.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries.
