As a Biotech Manufacturing Associate , you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by actively contributing to the production of groundbreaking mRNA therapeutics and vaccines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manufacturing operations using advanced disposable technologies, automation, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to produce mRNA products.
  • Practice safe work habits and adhere to Moderna’s safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Follow all relevant GMP regulations, guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Execute tasks precisely, utilizing the reader-doer method for all steps outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and batch execution documentation.
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity requirements to ensure accurate, compliant, and audit-ready records.
  • Work in Grade C environments while maintaining cleanliness and state-of-control standards.
  • Adhere to documented waste handling procedures and respect environmental regulations.
  • Utilize manufacturing support systems and equipment (e.g., SAP, VEEVA, Delta V, Syncade, LIMS, CMMS) after completing required training.
  • Understand physical and digital systems governing equipment and processes to enable basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform specific unit operations within the scope of training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field. (Required)
  • Familiarity with cGMP regulations, GDP requirements, and industry standards in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Ability to follow SOPs with precision and uphold documentation standards.

Schedule: 6pm-6am

Pay: $32-34 (shift differential will be added)
