About the Role:

One of our top clients and leader in the staffing industry is seeking a high-performing Recruitment Manager with a proven track record in running a full 360 desk in agency recruitment. This leadership role is ideal for a top-biller ready to take on team management responsibilities, driving performance and growth in high-demand sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 2–5 full-desk recruitment consultants.
• Run your own 360 recruitment desk, from business development to candidate placement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level consultants to exceed individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors.
• Drive revenue generation through new business acquisition and key account development.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure consistent high performance across your team through KPI tracking, pipeline management, and weekly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on hiring strategies, headcount planning, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of 360 recruitment experience at a staffing agency.
• Proven background in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or Construction industries.
• Demonstrated success as a top biller with consistent overachievement of sales and placement targets.
• Experience in managing and developing a team of recruitment consultants (2–5 people).
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• High level of drive, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
