Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and organized Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all maintenance related items for the building and apartments, interactions with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires excellent maintenance skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs.
• Complete service requests.
• Make available apartments ready for move-in.
• Maintain the physical condition of the properties.
• Coordinate with outside vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Team Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments.
• Coordinate and attend team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and entry-level HVAC.
• Knowledge of carpentry.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and drug screening required.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
