Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Maintenance Technician for our on-site Lease Up Property located in Mountain View, CA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance on various building systems. Duties include monitoring the functionality of mechanical and electrical systems, executing repairs on fixtures and appliances, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong communication and record-keeping skills are also essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
• Experience with Industrial Maintenance practices and standards
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications such as HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role
