🚨 Now Hiring: Maintenance Technicians (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts) – Dallas, TX (75227)

💵 Pay: $28–$32/hr (Based on Experience)

We're seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading manufacturing facility in Dallas. If you're experienced in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and thrive in fast-paced industrial environments, we want to hear from you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Install, program, and service automated systems including robots and PLCs
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs
• Maintain and repair the facility's physical structure, piping, and systems
• Fabricate parts using lathes, grinders, drills, or welding tools as needed
• Support safe, efficient operations across production teams
• Handle additional duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with tools and equipment (must provide own tools)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to handle physical demands and high-pressure situations

📅 Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
• Weekend availability as needed
• In-person role (Dallas, TX – ZIP 75227)
